  • Colouring pencils
  • Split pin (optional)

How to do it

  1. 1

    Colour each section however that feeling looks to you.

  2. 2

    Add your own words to the blank sections.

  3. 3

    Attach the arrow with a split pin, or just point.

  4. 4

    Keep it somewhere easy to reach.

Make it easier

Use four feelings only, with faces drawn in.

Make it harder

Add a 'what helps' note beside each feeling.

Try it differently

Make it as a set of pocket cards instead of a wheel.
